Christmas Bakery

Realising that it is Christmas in less than 5 weeks. So one may actually go for some nice bakery again. The afternoons result: traditional German Stollen. Did you know that there are actually like dozens of recipes around? The most famous one is probably Dresdner Stollen. Mine is a simple one, and I hope it’ll taste as it looks. It is my first try ever with a Stollen, never made one before.
