The Bar Konvex is situated in the South of the borough of Friedrichstadt in Düsseldorf. Despite being a large corner pub the atmosphere still feels extremely comfortable and relaxed. Konvex’s drink list offers a large variety of goodies – even  Jever Pilsener is on the list (a beer from Djures old and new home region in Northern Germany) and  Tannezäpfle from Baden Wurthemberg in Southern Germany!  

One thing to mention is that Konvex does not offer any proper meals since they do not have any kitchen – so, should you not go with the good old English attitude “Why buy food if one can buy drinks” – please make sure to take a good bite before you come round to join us at the bar!

Beer, a red and a white wine as well as non-alcoholic drinks and juices will be sponsored by Twingly within their budget – after that and also for cocktails and the high percentage liqueur range you would need to pay yourself, please. But no worries, it won’t be an early night 😉

You reach Bar Konvex best with the Trams 701, 707, 708 and 711 to “Morsestraße”. From there you would just need to take a few steps up on the “Oberbilker Allee” to the corner of “Philipp-Reis-Straße”. ”
